Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms cover fullydrawnresearch.ai and Fully Drawn Scout on the web, iOS and Android. The short version: the map is a scouting tool, not permission to hunt anywhere. Our scores and forecasts are estimates. Your pins are yours. You can cancel anytime, and you get a full refund if you ask within 15 days.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Fully Drawn Research and Fully Drawn Scout are run by Axl Holdings LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Fully Drawn Research ("we", "us"). These terms apply to our website, the Scout web app, and the Scout apps for iOS and Android (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you. The service is not for children under 13.

2. The map is not permission to hunt

Scout shows property lines, owner names from public records, public land and access points. None of it is a survey, a title search, a license or permission to enter land. Lines can be off, records can be out of date, and access rules change.

You are responsible for your hunt. Before you go, get the landowner's permission for private land, confirm boundaries on the ground, and check your state's current seasons, licenses, tags and rules. The agency that manages a piece of public land has the final word on its rules. We are not responsible for trespass, citations or fines.

Hunting is dangerous. Use safe practices, tell someone where you're going, and don't use your phone while driving.

3. Scores, forecasts and AI answers are estimates

Our rankings, indexes and scores (for example the FDR Deer Herd Index, stand rankings and movement scores), our wind, swirl, rut and weather forecasts, and our food plot and soil suggestions are estimates built from public records, models and the data you enter. They can be wrong. They are not a promise that you will see or harvest a deer.

AI answers from FDR Guide can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you act on it, especially anything about laws, seasons, safety or spending money.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give us an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@fullydrawnresearch.ai if you think someone else is using it.

5. Plans, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are sold on our website, not inside the iOS or Android apps. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

Yearly plans renew automatically each year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. The Season pass covers October through December. Add-ons and credit packs are shown with their own prices.

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@fullydrawnresearch.ai from your account email address. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the term you paid for.

We may change plan prices. If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

6. Founders pricing

Founders pricing is limited and yearly only. Your founders price stays locked for 3 years from your first payment, as long as you stay subscribed without a break. If you cancel, or your payment fails and isn't fixed, and you come back later, you rejoin at the regular price. Founders pricing never applies to the Season pass.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask within 15 days. The details are on our refund policy page.

8. Your pins, notes and photos are yours

You own the waypoints, stands, routes, plots, notes, photos and plans you create or import ("your content"). You let us store, copy and display your content only to run the service for you, for example to show it on your map, sync it to your devices and back it up.

We don't sell your content, we don't use it in our advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models. If you send us something for support, we use it to help you.

9. Landowner information

Owner names and mailing addresses in Scout come from records that counties and states publish. You may use them only for lawful purposes, such as finding out whom to ask for permission to hunt.

You may not use Scout to harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against anyone, to trespass, or to build or sell lists of owners.

10. Rules for using the service

  • Don't scrape, bulk download, copy or resell our maps, data, imagery or research.
  • Don't try to get around plan limits, sign-in or security, and don't reverse engineer the software.
  • Don't upload anything illegal or harmful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't present our data or research as your own. Our open datasets may be used with credit, as described on each dataset page.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. Our content and other people's data

The service, its software and design, and our research, scores and compilations belong to us or the people we license them from. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you follow these terms. Public records stay public; our compilation and presentation of them is ours.

The service uses data and services from government agencies and other providers. They are credited in the app. We don't control them and can't promise they are accurate or available.

12. Changes to the service

We add and change counties, layers and features. We may change or stop any part of the service. If we stop offering a paid plan before your paid term ends, we will refund the unused part. Maps and data need an internet connection unless a feature says it works offline.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for injury, property damage, trespass, citations, fines, lost hunting opportunity or travel costs that come from using or relying on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us comes from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

15. Apple and Google

If you use the iOS or Android app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them. You also agree to the app store's own terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

New Mexico law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where you live. Before filing anything, please email info@fullydrawnresearch.ai so we can try to fix it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
