Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you're not happy with a plan you bought on our website, email info@fullydrawnresearch.ai within 15 days of the charge and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 15 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we stop offering your plan before your paid term ends (then we refund the unused part).

Credit packs can be refunded within 15 days if you haven't used any of the credits in the pack. Add-ons follow the same 15-day rule as plans.

A refunded founders purchase ends the founders price. If you sign up again later, you pay the regular price.

Email info@fullydrawnresearch.ai from your account email address and ask us to cancel. We'll confirm by email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the term you paid for. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a plan by itself.

Yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout. A renewal charge can be refunded in full if you ask within 15 days of that charge.

Plans are sold only on our website, not through the App Store or Google Play. If a purchase was ever made through an app store, that store handles its refunds.
