Privacy Policy

This policy covers fullydrawnresearch.ai and Fully Drawn Scout on the web, iOS and Android. They are run by Axl Holdings LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Fully Drawn Research. Contact: info@fullydrawnresearch.ai.

• Account: your email address and a password (stored by our sign-in provider in scrambled form we can't read), and your plan.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your card details on its own checkout page. We receive your email, plan, payment status and a Stripe customer ID. We never see your full card number.
• Emails you give us: if you join a waitlist or the founders list, we keep your email and where you signed up.
• Messages: if you email us, we keep your name, email address and message.
• Your content: pins, stands, routes, plots, notes, photos and plans. These stay on your device, and when you're signed in to a version of Scout with sync, they're also stored on our servers so they show up on your other devices.
• Location: if you allow it, the app uses your device's location while it's open to show where you are and to drop pins. We don't use background location.
• AI questions: if you use FDR Guide, we keep your questions, the answers and a count of credits used.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosts receive your IP address, browser type and the pages or map areas you request, in standard server logs.

To run your account and plan, take payments, show maps and data, sync your content, answer your questions, send account and billing emails, keep the service secure, and fix problems. If you join our email list we send you updates, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't run ads and we don't share your information for advertising.
• We don't use your pins, notes, photos or AI questions to train AI models.
• We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Vercel hosts the website and web app.
• Supabase runs website sign-in.
• Cloudflare stores our map tiles, imagery and data, and stores waitlist sign-ups privately.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• AI model providers generate FDR Guide answers. They receive your question and the map or plan details needed to answer it.
• Map, weather and search services, including government imagery and GIS services (USDA, USGS and state agencies), OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap search and weather data services. They receive the map area or the place you look up, plus your IP address, the way any website does.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business, in which case this policy keeps applying to your information.

Scout shows property records that counties and states publish: parcel lines, parcel numbers, acreage and, where the county publishes it, the owner's name and mailing address. We show these records as published. We don't add phone numbers or email addresses to them.

Because these are public records, we don't remove them on request. If a record is wrong, the county that publishes it can correct it, and our map updates when we refresh that county. If we've displayed a record incorrectly, tell us at info@fullydrawnresearch.ai and we'll fix our mistake. Where a law requires us to remove information for a protected person, we will.

We keep account information while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Waitlist entries and messages are kept until they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for the short periods our hosts set. Content stored only on your device stays until you delete it.

• Turn location off in your device settings. The rest of Scout keeps working.
• Export your pins in GPX or GeoJSON from the app at any time.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing info@fullydrawnresearch.ai from your account email. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a paid plan; cancel it too (see our terms).

Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights over your information. We honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

The service is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Everything we serve uses HTTPS, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date, and for important changes tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
