License: CC BY 4.0. You may copy, share and adapt this file, including commercially, if you credit Fully Drawn Research. We ask for a link to the page you took it from. You may qualify that link however you like.
FDR index (FDR rankings)
License: FDR open index. You may republish and chart these rankings if you credit Fully Drawn Research and keep the snapshot date.
